Harpal Chana BDS MSc FDS (Rest Dent) RCS

Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and Dental Implantology Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, Periodontics and Prosthodontics. Harpal qualified from Bristol University in 1988 with prizes in both Conservative and Restorative Dentistry.

Harpal trained at the Eastman Dental Institute and completed his specialist training at GKT and at St Georges in Tooting. He also gained his Californian state board exams during this time. Harpal is a part time Consultant in Restorative Dentistry based at Kingston hospital and St Georges in Tooting.

Harpal takes Dental Implant and Prosthodontic referrals at MaloClinic Teddington.

Paramjit Singh Panesar BDS Dip.Imp.Dent. (UCL)

Paramjit graduated from Kings College London in1996 and has been the principal of a mixed NHS/Private practice since 2002. Additionally, he is also part of the Restorative Dentistry team at Kingston Hospital.

He holds a postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Eastman. In 2006, Paramjit was appointed by the London Postgraduate Deanery as a VT Trainer and has completed a postgraduate course in teaching run by the Deanery.

Graham Smith

Graham studied dentistry at Guy’s Hospital, London qualifying in 1991, followed by medicine in Bristol, qualifying in 1996. The final part of the Fellowship in Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons of England was attained with the Gold Medal in 1996.

He trained in general surgery and orthopaedics gaining the FRCS (Eng) in 1999. Higher surgical training in oral and maxillofacial surgery was on the South Coast Rotation, achieving FRCS OMFS in 2002.

Graham is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon specialising in dentoalveolar surgery, implantology, salivary gland disease, surgical dermatology and head and neck oncology.



Simon Chard BDS(Hons) (Lond) BSc(Hons)

Simon Chard qualified with Honours from King's College London Dental Institute in 2012. Additionally Simon also holds a degree (BSc(Hons)) from Bristol University in Pharmacology. Simon works in a combination of purely private and NHS practices across London and Surrey.

He is currently undertaking further training in advanced aesthetic dentistry. Simon is a member of a number of associations including the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) and currently sits on the Young Membership and Communications committees of the British Academy of Cosmetic dentistry (BACD).

Minesh Patel

Minesh Patel is a general practitioner with over 15 years experience in both NHS and private primary care, as an associate and principal. He is part of the Restorative Dentistry team at Kingston hospital and has a special interest in the management of tooth wear, dental photography, microscope and restorative dentistry.

Having attended courses led by clinicians including Lorenzo Vanini and Newton Fahl, he has developed the ability to deal with complex, challenging cases.

He is a member of ADEPT, a dental group committed to aesthetic dentistry.

Kash Ubhi


Kash qualified from King College in London in 1985. He went on to do further post graduate qualifications both in General Practice and in Hospital. He was awarded a Master of Science Degree in Implant Dentistry at Guys Hospital in London in 2000 with a distinction.

In 2003, he was accredited as a Specialist in Prosthodontics by the General Dental Council. Specialists are experts in their field, having spent many years in post graduate study to gain additional qualifications. As well as spending most of his time working in a number of specialist practices he has an attachment in the craniofacial department at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital.

He is currently an examiner for the Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.

Mr George Xirogiannis

Mr George Xirogiannis D.D.S. (Ath), MClinDent (in Perio) (Lon) Periodontist

George graduated from the University of Athens, Greece in 2003 and served in the Hellenic Airforce as a GDP until 2004. He started his MClinDent program in Periodontology at The Royal London Hospital in 2005 and was awarded his degree with distinction in 2007. Following completion of his training he was offered a clinical tutor position at the Royal London Hospital.

He is currently taking on Periodontal referrals at Elmfield House Dental Practice Teddington.

Anna Sturges BChD

Anna Sturges BChD

Anna qualified from Leeds University in 1999 and was one of only a few students to be awarded with Honours. She was also awarded the Prize for Restorative dentistry in her final year, as well as achieving several distinctions. Anna has worked in private dental practice since 2000 and has gained extensive experience in all areas of dentistry. Along with general dentistry, Anna‘s particular areas of interest are restorative and aesthetic dentistry.

She has a very caring and gentle approach, with a strong belief in minimally invasive and preventative treatments. She is a provider of short term/cosmetic orthodontic systems such as Invisalign, Six Month Smiles and Inman Aligner, and is very experienced in tooth whitening. Anna is committed to providing high-quality dental care in a relaxed, friendly environment. She believes in long-term patient care and considers it important to discuss all treatment options with her patients so that they are in a position to make informed choices.

Anna is passionate about clinical development and keeps up to date with the latest evidence-based dentistry by frequently attending professional development courses to ensure she provides the best dental care to each patient.
